A Season of Alignment: Why I Stepped Back and What’s Ahead

If you’ve noticed my absence over the past six months, I want to share that it was not a disappearance, but a deliberate pause.
This past season became a personal sabbatical. A time of reflection, learning, and deep alignment with who I am, how I serve, and the direction I’m being led. Some seasons are for building outward momentum. Others are for strengthening the foundation. These last months were firmly the latter.
During this time, I leaned into purpose-driven growth, clarity, and service. I spent time listening, recalibrating, and preparing for what’s next. Much of that journey has included a deeper walk in faith and a clearer understanding of how ministry, service, and coaching intersect in my life.
I want to be transparent about this while also being intentional with my words.
My coaching moving forward will be faith-informed, not faith-imposed.
What does that mean?
It means my work will continue to be rooted in values like integrity, accountability, compassion, discipline, hope, and transformation. These principles guide how I coach, encourage, and support others. My relationship with God influences how I show up in the world and how I serve, and I won’t minimize that truth.
At the same time, Coaching with Charlotte is not limited to one belief system. You do not need to share my faith to work with me, benefit from my coaching, or feel welcome here. This space is for people who want growth, direction, confidence, and forward movement in their lives and careers.
I believe inspiration should uplift, not exclude.
This next chapter of Coaching with Charlotte is about alignment, authenticity, and impact. About helping people move forward with clarity, purpose, and courage. About meeting people where they are, while encouraging them to step into who they are becoming.
Thank you for your patience during my quiet season. I’m grateful you’re here, and I’m excited to continue this journey with renewed focus and intention.
Here’s to growth, alignment, and purpose in the season ahead.
